After a month of being officially announced, the LG Chocolate BL40 has just been announced that it will begin shipping as early as this month.

Europe can look forward to it sometime in mid-September while the rest of the world can expect it in October. The price of the Chocolate BL40 still wasn’t revealed, but logical will probably tell us that with a 4-inch 800×435 pixel 16:9 HD ratio touchscreen display, 5-megapixel autofocus camera complete with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 7.2Mbps HDSPA connectivity on-board, this baby will be more on the expensive side. That is, of course, unless LG decides to go down the same road as their successful LG Cookie, but even though we’re hoping this will happen, our gut is telling us that it probably won’t.
