There’s always something to be said about a beautifully designed basic MP3 player. COWON is one the best manufacturers in this area and the iAudio 9 is a worthy successor in the iAudio MP3 player series. The first thing you will notice of the iAudio 9 are the elegant edges and the sophisticated shades it comes in. The 2-inch screen will not do much video playback (AVI, WMV, Xvid, ASF, but there is the JetEffect 3.0 (+ BBE) for the music files (MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, FLAC, APE). It’s also very thin at 8.9mm.
