The iPhone Dev Team has just released Pwnage Tool 3.1.3, their latest iPhone 3.1 jailbreak, and while it still doesn’t work on Windows, you can now add iPhone 3G S and 2G iPod Touch compatibility to its list of features. There is a catch here though. Both device should have already been pwned before, either with 3.0 or 3.1, which basically means it won’t be able to jailbreak a brand new iPhone 3G S with firmware 3.1 installed right out of the box.
Yeah, this is a real heart breaker for newbie iPhone and iPod Touch owners who have a brand-new iPhone 3.1-powered device. Be that as it may, this latest iPhone jailbreak should be able to put a smile on the faces of early iPhone 3G S adaptors and old iPod Touch owners who have been waiting for an appropriate jailbreak to finally become available so that they can now update to iPhone OS 3.1.

alright guys i just got a iphone 3gs and upgraded before i knew anything about jailbreaking. so whI tried everything and can’t get sht. i know the break for apples 3.1 hasn’t come out yet but can someone shoot the info when it does please. much appreciated.

I find that the iPhone is fantastic with all these little apps, being able to do pretty much everything on the move is fantastic. You can attend to pretty much anything, anywhere, anytime! The future has arrived and I love it!

already have a jailbroken iphone 3g that’s on OS 3.0, and still waiting for the 3.1 jailbreak .. bookmarking this site for now to monitor the windows release
