Earlier this month, Sciphone announced three new Google Android phones: the N16, N17 and the SciPhone N19. We’re glad to announce, the SciPhone N19 is real and available for online purchase. MSRP is now cheap $150. Specs include a 2.8-inch touchscreen LCD, 400 MHz Samsung processor, 128MB of RAM, microSD card slot (support up to 8GB), WiFi, Bluetooth and 2MP camera. Battery life will not be much what with only a 1200mAh battery inside. The SciPhone N19 is quite a cheap touchscreen smartphone, especially with WiFi, though the phone is without 3G connectivity.
The SciPhone N21 came out of nowhere with very impressive specifications, even for a SciPhone. We’ve never heard of this phone before. Like the N19, it runs on Google Android. The processor is a better 624MHz Marvell PXA 310. It’s got a 3-inch touchscreen LCD and a 5 megapixel camera. With the WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity, you don’t really need 3G, and this phone doesn’t have it. It does have dual SIM and a G-Sensor. Not much ROM, so much of your memory needs are going to have to be microSD cards (the N21 supports 16GB cards). If you’re looking to save money on a well-featured phone, the N21 might be for you. You can take it home for $235.
