We’ve seen the Dell Adamo photos and it’s unquestionably one slim laptop, and now, Dell is taking things to the next level with their new 9.99mm-thin Adamo XPS and its new hinged design that tilts its keyboard an angle making it more convenient to use.

As far as specs are concerned, word is this Windows 7 powered machine will come with an 13.4-inch WXGA display with Intel Dual-core ULV processor (1.4 and 1.9GHz options) running at the helm complemented by 4GB DDR3 RAM, integrated X4500MHD graphics, and 128/180GB SSD storage options.

More details and another pic after the break.

The Dell Adamo XPS also boasts of a touch sensitive latch to open it which is another unique feature though it won’t work if there’s no juice left in the batteries. Speaking of batteries, there will be a 20Wh battery that’s rated to be good for 2.5 hours of use and a 40Wh one that will supposedly last for 4 hours available for the Adamo XPS.
Interested? Well, be ready to cough up a serious amount of dough when the Dell Adamo XPS is released (don’t know when though) as it certainly won’t be cheap at $2000.
