i have black rain and cydia and i have no clue how to get my t mobile sim card to work on my ipgone 3g i have the new version 3.1.2 any thoughts…? please help…

my iphone 3g has recently been jailbroke. my phone now has lines over the entire phone. the lines are always getting bigger. sometimes i cant open my apps. sometimes my songs dont play. overall my entire phone has been slow down a lot. i have tried everything from restarting the phone to taking the sim card out. nothing worked. any suggestions???
