Motorola Milestone coming to Canada in early 2010

Good news for you Canadians out there as Motorola Canada has just announced the Motorola Milestone will be available in your country. Unfortunately, it won’t make it in time for Christmas. It will be released in early 2010 and will exclusively be available on Telus. What’s even better is, like the European GSM version of the Motorola Droid, the Telus Motorola Milestone will come with multitouch capabilities right out of the box. Since this is a GSM phone, the Milestone also works nicely with Telus’ brand new HSPA+ network. Apart from those enhancements, you can still expect WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a bundled 16GB microSD card to be part of the package. No word though on its pricing, but this big announcement alone should be good news for most people in Canada envious of their US neighbors who are already enjoying some Droid goodness right as we speak.
