The Dell Mini 3i Android phone has already been launched in China and has also been spotted in Brazil as well, but it is still yet to become available in either country.

Well, that’s about to change though as Dell has issued a press release announcing that the Mini 3i will hit China by late November. Those in Brazil, meanwhile, will have to wait a little longer as the Dell Mini 3i is expected to debut by year’s end via Claro. Do note though that while it may look like the same Dell phone launching in both countries, the one headed for the China doesn’t come with WiFi and 3G while the one for Brazil does. No price was detailed, but they do reveal that their first phone, an Android one at that, will also be headed to as Europe (Vodafone), Australia/New Zealand, U.S. (AT&T and Verizon), Singapore (M1 and Starhub), and Malaysia (Maxis).

If given a choice, I’d still choose the Motorola Droid over this, but to be fair, the Dell Mini 3i looks like a decent first offering from a newbie in the industry. How about you guys? What are your thoughts about Dell’s first mobile phone product?
