Google Android, Mobile Phone

Are you looking for a QWERTY-less variant to the Motorola Droid? Well, then this Motorola Sholes Tablet is jus the phone for you.

It features a 3.7-inch touchscreen, 5-megapixel AF camera, HSDPA connectivity, FM radio, 3.5mm jack, and runs on a 550MHz OMAP TI 3430 processor. With the exception of the missing physical QWERTY keypad, it sports basically the same specs that can be found on the Droid (previously known as the Motorola Sholes before it was officially announced). It does, however, come with Android 2.1 as its OS which should help raise its stock value if and when it gets released internationally. That’s a big if though as current reports indicate that this baby will only be released in China (China Unicom to be exact) dubbed as the XT701.
