In a move which indirectly acknowledges that they do have some serious network problems, AT&T has released an iPhone app of their own which allows subscribers to report dropped calls, coverage gaps and other related concerns in real-time. Called the AT&T Mark the Spot app, it also comes with location-based feedback which will definitely help AT&T subscribers vent their frustrations in the right direction. Of course, this is no guarantee that the problems will be fixed immediately, but hey, at least now iPhone users across the US have a hassle-free and direct way to get in touch with AT&T as far as their network issues are concerned.
