Here’s the latest buzz on the rumor mill regarding Apple’s tablet PC. This one has Oppenheimer analyst Yair Reiner as its source and goes on to say that a 10.1-inch multitouch Apple tablet will actually hit the market either in March or April for around $1000.

He also believes the Apple tablet will pose as a threat to Amazon and their Kindle e-book reader since Apple is apparently also negotiating a deal with publishers to get them on-board their new venture with a 70/30 revenue split. Sounds pretty interesting, huh? Of course, if like us, you’ve already heard a ton of rumors about this yet-to-be-proven-true Apple tablet, you also know by now that you shouldn’t put too much into this until more substantial and concrete evidence surfaces to support it. Anyway, it’s almost 2010 so it won’t be long now before this rumor is either proven true or gets totally busted.
Oh, and on a last note, a Piper Jaffrey analyst has just gone on record to say that he’s 70% sure that a Verizon iPhone will indeed hit the scene in the US next year. This is another rumor we’ll have to keep an eye on come 2010.

A $1000 is to much. It needs to be around the $600 range.
