Previous rumors suggested that the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will be launching on AT&T in the US, but this latest news bit is now naming T-Mobile as its likely carrier in the country. The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 has just been approved by the FCC, and to make things extra special for those looking forward to this particular Android phone, they’ve also posted its user manual online for everyone to enjoy. More importantly, based on the filing, it was noted that it will come with UMTS HSPA Bands 1, 4 and 8 or more commonly know as T-Mobile AWS 3G bands which more or less confirms that this touchscreen phone will indeed be debuting on the particular US carrier. No word on its pricing, but once released, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will surely be a great addition to T-Mobile’s already strong Android phone line-up especially with the Google Nexus One also rumored to be headed their way as well.

Hi Guy’s,
wonder if anyone at Sony has thought about the fact that someone else could see what you’re typing in a text message, for example, if they could read backwards? Or if they were stealthily looking at your phone in their compact mirror instead of touching up their makeup? Assuming it’s an LCD screen, I would hope they have a polarizer only on the front!

If they can grab a webOS phone they would really be rolling.

Tmobiles bands are 1700/2100. The FCC doc states 580/900/1800/1900 which I think are ATT but I know they are not Tmobile
