After the JooJoo Tablet, we have our doubts about a touchscreen device that big–hard to carry and hard to find a place to put it down. The 7-inch Apple Tablet makes more sense to us. But here come Notion Ink of India claiming to have a 10.1-inch touchscreen tablet running on the Google Android ready for CES. The most important detail of this device is the Pixel Qi technology which is a combination color LCD and E-Ink. Right now, the E-Ink screens are black and white only, while Pixel Qi will have color without sacrificing the benefits of E-Ink like low power consumption and being glare free.
Other specs of this mystery tablet: WiFi, 3G, up to 32GB of built-in storage and an under-$400 price tag, which really makes more sense now that we know how much it will cost.
