The last major rumor of 2009 for the mobile industry: another Motorola Android phone that is said to be better than the best smartphone of the year. The Motorola Mirage or Shadow, to this writer, is of much more interest than the Nexus One and should stack up well with the 4G iPhone rumors.
The Motorola Mirage is a 4.3-inch touchscreen phone with an 800 x 484-pixel resolution. It’s only 9mm thin, which is really thin indeed relative to the screen size. An 8 megapixel camera is built in and, lastly, there’s an HDMI port for the 1080p HD videos this handset supports. Nothing else for now on the Motorola Mirage (Shadow)–honestly, Mirage sounds better, but who knows when your leak source is a Chinese site.
