It seems like almost everyone wants to beat Apple in debuting a tablet PC these days. Word is that an HTC Android tablet will be debuting at CES this week, but Dell, for their part, has already given a preview of their own Android tablet offering that aims to rival the recently launched JooJoo Tablet and Archos Internet Tablet.

There’s still no official name for this Dell Android tablet, but we do have some confirmed specs to look forward to. The prototype being shown off here comes with 5-inch touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera, and a built-in SIM card option which basically means it can also compete with the likes HTC HD2. They also note that other screen sizes and form factors are also being developed.
Unfortunately, there’s no timeline yet on when we can expect this Dell Android tablet to hit the market. What’s certain though is that we’ve got a bunch of tablet PCs to watch out for this year, and one of them will definitely be coming from Dell.
