Another e-Book Reader but this time it’s from one of our favorite China manufacturers: Teclast. The K3 has a 6-inch E-Ink screen. I honestly prfer the Owen ONN E1, also a China launch, with its black frame and smaller size. The Teclast K3, however, supports something that wasn’t announced with the E1: Text to Speech. This gives Teclast a promotional angle, which I think they should exploit for what it’s worth. For now, they are calling this feature your “talking portable library”. The K3 also plays MP3 and MP4. No pricing yet. Hopefully, it will be cheaper than Kindle.
