We’ve seen the Tainell T500 MID nnounced in the middle of last year and thought nothing much of it. It’s a big and powerful device with WiFi, 3G and GPS. It runs what looks like Windows XP, but today the Tainell is showing off shots of what appears to be a virtual keyboard that fans out from the bottom corners. We’ve seen this new interface before as a concept and Tainell believes it can offer such a keyboard on the T500. The specs remain the same, except for additional details like 720p video support, 1.3 MP camera and additional support for Windows 7, and Tainell has yet to announce pricing.
