Upon closer look the $60 Tomato T99 is also a mini digital video recorder with a 1.3 MP camera that can be used as a monitoring device. The camera functionality has shadow-control to save battery life… when the camera screen in a minute without any change in circumstances, the camera automatically stops. When there is a move before the camera screen, the camera will automatically activate the camera. It can save power, and also save memory space.
