Those who were pretty impressed with the new Dell Mini 5 have every reason to be happy today as the Dell-manufactured Android Tablet has just gotten FCC approved in the US.
Confirmed on-board are WiFi with full HSPA connectivity compatible with the likes of AT&T, Rogers, Telus and Bell, and EDGE on the side. No word though on when it will be released, but on the good side though, at least it has already conquered its first obstacle in becoming available in the land of Uncle Sam.
Based on what they showed off at CES, the Dell Mini 5 should come with 5-inch touchscreen display, 5-megapixel camera, and a SIM card lot. If you want to see it live in action, you can likewise check out the Dell Mini 5 video demo.
