We never thought we could get one this cheap. The Meizu M8 for only 199 euros? The original iPhone clone and erstwhile iPhone killer for only $295 unlocked. Why, that’s at least $100 cheaper than the original price. This is the same 3.2-inch touchscreen phone with a 720 x 480 screen resolution. The same Meizu [...]

This is not the thinnest PMP we’ve featured but it’s pretty thin for a 720p player, especially if it functions well, and it looks like it would. The 3-inch LCD screen has a 400 x 240, not nearly good enough for 720p but you can connect it to a bigger screen with TV out. If [...]

A PSP Go clone that goes for only $90? You can bet your knickers there’s going to be a catch. First of all, the clone is bigger, significantly bigger. Second, the plastic just isn’t the same. The buttons on the PXP-2000 are clickety, the slide-out action lacking in snap. Screen resolution and screen size seem OK, [...]

SciPhone brings us one of the first Android dual-SIM phones available at the moment. (For a real quick unboxing video in French, scroll to the end of this post.) The SciPhone N21 has been available for a month now but we have yet to come across a video of the Android-based SciPhone. Beareyes, has an [...]

Yes it can. The reportedly Android-based RAmos W7 MID does run the Android OS. This device is a g00d 4.8-inch 800 × 480 touchscreen PMP with WiFi. It runs on a Rockchip processor and supports 1080p videos. You cannot actually play these 1080p videos on the 4.8-inch screen but there is HDMI out. [via cnet]

Just like the guy on the video says, the MenQ EasyPC E790 is currently running Windows CE but is able to run on Android as well. The best feature of this 7-inch 800 x 480 Shenzhen laptop is its price: only $80. It’s powered by a Samsung ARM9 processor. It must be iterated, this netbook can… [...]

Google Android on a digital frame? The Japanese thought of the idea too. The 7-inch touchscreen device is actually a tablet PC with WiFi and a user-friendly interface. Meant to stay on your bedside table or the kitchen counter, the Hikari iTablet has an alarm clock and will display weather, news and other homely information [...]

One of our commenters, GuysFromQueens, recommends an app called Picsay Pro for Motorola Droid users who want multitouch on their phone. As you may know, Droid U.K., a.k.a. Milestone, does have multitouch. With the app mentioned above, the Droid could do pinch to zoom. Some of you may not mind too much not being able [...]

With the original BlackBerry Storm making such a big splash when it debuted last year, it’s hard to imagine that its successor, the Storm 2, isn’t creating the same kind of buzz this year. Case and point, Verizon has already launched the BlackBerry Storm 2 without much fanfare and has been available for retail since [...]

Honestly, the Meizu M8 is not holding up as our famous iPhone clone, and even earlier reports that the M8 may run Google’s Android in the near future did little to attract more interest to the Cinese mobile brand. For the time being, Meizu CEO Jack Wong still has to officially announce Android on the [...]
