Chinese manufacturers are betting on high-def resolution to tide over the PMP market in these tough times, and I think they’re onto something. I have no idea how much the Gemei X690HD and the T9, successor of the RAmos T8, will go for, but my guess they will be pretty reasonable. Gemei will have the Ingenic Chinachips 720p chip most likely. Ainol’s V3000HD uses a similar chip. Still proof is in the pudding; we’re hoping for a review video soon

You can’t be more Nintendoish than Gemei’s A320. Not to be confused with the A300 PMP from the same company, the A320 is a wholly new idea from a different drawing board, the GBA-emulating one. It also supports 3G games and possibly some music and video playback as well. We’ll keep you up tp date when this one gets priced.
